Yoga, in its true nature means union. Throughout the course of the retreat, we would be working on ‘connection’. Communion of the physical to the subtler aspects; body to the mind and beyond. We would actively work on our awareness and being ‘present’. During the retreat of 7 days, we would set on a journey of new learning, self-discovery and establishing a stronger bond, with our own body and mind. We would not just indulge in the practice of yoga but would go on to experience and live it, immerse in it. Through this retreat you get a chance of experiencing and seeing for yourself, the real yogic life. We would never miss giving students a special prayer with offering flower and light to Holy River Mother Ganges for the good blessing for the students, removing the bad energies, giving peace of mind, removing the sorrows and always to stay happy and healthy. It is the most important treasure in life… During the Retreat, students are taught some important ‘Mantras Chanting’ which can give them happiness and remove sickness as well. End of the course Yoga Retreat, students will be entertained with an amazing Indian Classical Keertan. On the last day – closing ceremony prayer will be performed with chanting and certificate will be given.
Food (100% Sattvik )
A proper sattvik food is important if you are a part in a right yoga rehearse! Unadulterated vegetarian dinners are given to the understudies three times each day.
